Meet Melanie Harder
Melanie is the CEO and Lead Designer of ROI Design. She has been designing homes in San Diego and surrounding areas for nearly two decades. In that time she has worked on over 2,000 home renovations that function on quick timelines for a fast ROI. She has extensive experience in project management as well as design which allows ROI Design’s services to cater to investors to help them make the highest profit possible. Melanie is passionate about providing the highest quality of services for her clients, while also considering the future owners of the home and their eventual use of the space. She will make sure to take care of your every need and keep your projects in budget! When she isn’t designing, Melanie can be found enjoying the sunshine in Point Loma with her dog, Vadara.
